The standard warranty on the Watens® Water Filter leads the industry in water treatment systems for home use providing you with a full 1-year warranty.
If for any reason the product proves to be defective within one year from the date of purchase. Please contact our customer service contact@watens.com for replacement instructions.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim you must
• provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or similar proof that the product or products was or were purchased from us via this website; and
• describe accurately the problem you have encountered and provide evidence (e.g. a photograph) to support your claim; and
• state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund, or credit.
