You can return your filter within 30 days of the shipping date.

Returning an item...

1. Contact us directly at contact@watens.com

2. Our service team will reach out to you within 48 hours.

3. Once the item is received in our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Important Notes

• Returned items must be unused, and in the same condition as received.

• Items should be returned with the original packaging.

Damaged/Missing Items

• Sometimes, problems occur during shipping. If a product is damaged or missing, reach out to us immediately so we can help.

• We will only be able to reship your order if it has been less than 30 days.

Canceled Orders Policy / Change of Mind

• Most orders will ship out the same day or within one business day. If you want to cancel a confirmed order, you should reach out to us immediately.

• If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

• There is a 10% restocking fee on returns due to change of mind.

Refused Shipments / Undeliverable Address

Please reach out to our support team if:

• The delivery is refused, and the shipment is returned to our warehouse

• The destination is an undeliverable address and your package is returned to us

• Alternatively, we will send an email to you once we update your shipping address and/or shipping method.
